"Pastor to Return to Pulpit ..."

... read the headlines in the Tennessean. Our little bird was right! God made the headlines this morning! So did Dad, the ViolentSilence, all the PrayerWarriors, and G&G. Check it out yourself. A hearty thanks to BrotherBob, who wrote the story and who we consider to be part of our G&G Family.

If you are new here ... WELCOME! We talk a little strange here at G&G ... not because of our Tennessean accent (we were born in New Mexico) ... but because ... well ... just because. Now, here are some pointers for surfing around G&G:

  • If you need help translating some of our words, there is a handy little glossary to the right (------->). For example, we call Dad's accident the ViolentSilence, as described in the middle of the page here.

  • If you want to read the whole story about Dad, some amazing miracles (called GodThruMan moments), and a whole lotta PrayerWarriors, then go to the Archives on the right (------->) and hit "September", "October", "November", and "December" ... Remember to read from the bottom up ... that sounds funny, "bottom up" ...

  • If you want to read a Christmas Classic with a miraculous twist, click here.

  • If you want to Pound a Pastor ... leave a word of encouragement or prayer for Dad and his recovery ... go to Pound a Pastor!
There is so much more to do here at G&G, but you will have to surf around to see. There are good words of encouragement, funny jokes, great characters like Nurse RubySlippers and Dr. Beethoven, sad moments, and a whole lot more. Have fun. And as my No. 1 says, "Make a difference in the world today!"

We hope you check back soon! If we can pray for you or if you have miraculous story to share, leave us a note here.

Matt,
Thank you so much for sharing the article about your Dad which was in the Tennessean. I went to the Tennessean web-site and was able to print the article. My prayers continue to be with all of you. His recovery is truly a miracle!!

Hey Self, some of the people on my blog (remember NPNana?) want you to record the sermon so they can "be there" Is it possible. All of the great guys have been praying for PR and are as excited as we are about tomorrow. Thanks, Syl

What time is the service tomorrow that Pastor Ray is going to preach, just in case some people would like to be there?

Thanks for posting where we could see the article.

Hello from North Pole, I am so excited and elated that PR will be back in the pulpit and preaching tomorrow. As Syl said, I'm hoping you will record it so we can hear this all-important message from God's miracle man. If it were possible, I'd love to fly down there to hear it in person. But since I can't, a recording would be wonderful.
Still believing for FULL recovery and for the last half of his ministry years to be better than the first. PRAISE THE LORD!!
