Ask ... Receive
We hope you are all having a good holiday break. Since moving to the MusicCity, this is our first TurkeyDay spent out of town. Yep, we loaded up the Not-So-MiniVan and trekked to see MyBeloved's family in Oklahoma. ( ... Lots of stories to share ... )
Anyway, we received a note from DAngelLove ... Remember them? ... about their attendance at Dad's Walk-a-Thon. Here's what they said:
Man!! When Pastor Ray stepped outside his door and everyone cheered...I wish the whole world could have been there! What a moment! And we are so happy we were there to see it. He is so loved, such an inspiration. He's a mighty warrior! Pastor Ray, you and your family have done so much to renew our own faith in God. I'll bet we aren't the only ones. Walk on!DAngelLove, you asked ... so here it is ... for the World to see! [Note: Turn down the volume before playing ... there are a few screaming fools in this video!]
World, there is some much more to see ... check back soon for some exciting Walk-a-Thon footage!

This was a wonderful video to see. It brought tears of joy to my eyes. Thank you for sharing it.
Hey Cuz,
I had the opportunity to talk with your dad this weekend. You're right.....he sounds like Al Pacino. None the less, he sounds great, he sounds great. All of us have much to be thankful for indeed. Love you all,
Fav Cuz-L
SO AWESOME!!!!
Now we can relive the moment anytime we want to! Thanks for posting it. Now we will just keep reading and praying until we can all join Pastor Ray for his first group jog and then his first group marathon! Yeah! :)
Love, Dan and Ang
