Wanna hear another GodThruMan thing? A woman came up to Mom and asked her if she would get Self (me) to contact our prayer warrior in Jerusalem -- you know, the one who will be praying for Dad at the Wall -- to see if they would pray for $3 Victim and his family. God's Word spreads quickly.

I emailed The Holy Land requesting pray for $3 and his family.
He is in my prayers as well.

This was in Sharona's newletter today and explains the Jewish belief. As I wrote to Sharona when I sent the first set of names for her group to pray for, I want to be known as a child of God and not by a denomination.
From Sharona:
Jacob, our Forefather calls Jerusalem “The gate of heaven”. According to Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan z”l, “Just as things can go in through a gate, so can they emerge. Thus, all spiritual sustenance and blessing come only through Jerusalem , as it is written, ‘God will bless you from Zion ’ (Psalms 128:5). It is taught in the Zohar that God first sends a blessing to Jerusalem , and from there it flows to the entire world. Today, when the Temple no longer stands, the source of this blessing is the Western Wall.”
