100% Update: By Phone

I still did not get a chance to meet Nurse NotYetMet, but I was able to speak with her by phone today. I thanked her for watching over Dad last night ... for giving of her time ... for our comfort ... I heard her smile. [ If you have ever heard someone smile, you know what I mean!] NotYetMet reports the following:

• Dad had an "uneventful" night. But he also seemed real agitated.


• Dad did not drink through his veins any NoHurtJuice and CalmBrainJuice ... he is dealing with his pain with the same medication that LortabLady was using ... except the team crushes it up and gives it to him orally.


• Dad had a minor procedure yesterday afternoon -- a percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy -- but we will just call it like it is: Dad got a FeedBag installed on his tummy. We have to wait for 24 hours (later this afternoon) before they can crank up the chow.


• Dad's left eye has cleared up, but there is still EyeGunk in the right eye.


• And the good news of the evening: Dad's blood pressure maintained where it needed to be all night.
